Processing Time:
Orders are handmade to order and ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time (U.S.):
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
