At Queenbeadz Necklaces, each necklace is handmade with care. Because our pieces are crafted to order, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

To request a return, please email us at support@queenbeadznecklaces.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Final sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
